6. NOVA CRM & Client Data
When a customer uses NOVA CRM & Automation Services, XYROS may process information about that customer’s leads, customers, prospects, employees, or other contacts as necessary to configure and provide the requested CRM and automation services.
The NOVA customer remains responsible for determining what information is collected through its business operations and for ensuring that it has appropriate rights, notices, permissions, and consents to collect and process that information.

Customer data processed through NOVA remains subject to the applicable Service Agreement, these Terms, this Privacy Policy, and any additional data-processing terms agreed between XYROS and the customer.
XYROS does not acquire ownership of a customer’s business data merely because that information is processed through NOVA.

XYROS and certain service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, understand website activity, remember preferences, improve performance, maintain security, and measure the effectiveness of our services and marketing activities.

XYROS websites, products, and services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18.
XYROS does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information directly from children through its websites or services. If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected in circumstances that require parental consent or other action under applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise appropriately address that information.
